Don Andrews / President

Don Andrews


In 2005, Don Andrews founded Paylogec Merchant Solutions, which merged with NXGEN Canada in 2009. He is now President and majority owner of both companies. Don is also the Chairman of the Elavon MSP Advisory Board for North America. His goal is to ensure that the payments industry is regulated through transparency, disclosure and merchant education.

Outside of the office, Don is an avid golfer, fisherman, and supporter of a number of charitable organizations.

Lisa Gorian

/Operations and Relationship

Lisa Gorian has a background and training in education, an asset to her current role at NXGEN Canada. She has three years of experience in the payments industry, extensive sales experience, and works directly with all of NXGEN Canada’s partner relationships to ensure the highest levels of service. In her spare time, Lisa enjoys the great outdoors and competing in horse riding events.

Jay Garcia

/Technical Services Manager

Jay Garcia’s focus is hardware deployment and systems integration, with an emphasis on end-user interaction. Jay is available to assist all of NXGEN Canada’s merchant customers with any technical support issues. He is also responsible for training our field representatives with day-to-day technical support queries.

Jay graduated from the University of British Columbia, with a focus in Computer Science and Genetics. Prior to joining NXGEN, Jay was a Senior Support Manager at Blackboard / WebCT. Jay collects and restores classic video game systems, and is a big fan of Japanese media.

Martin Dinel

/VP Sales and Operations Canada East

Martin Dinel oversees the sales team for eastern Canada NXGEN Canada. He has four years of experience in the payment card industry. Prior to joining the NXGEN team he held for 15 years various management positions in the world of finance. This gives it a great expertise in understanding the challenges customers are facing.

Outside the office, Martin is an avid sailor and racing fan. Social involvement is close to his heart, it’s volunteer supervise math workshops to primary school in his neighborhood.
